What is MedEC?
MedEC is a digital clinic platform built for Filipino doctors in private practice. It generates e-prescriptions, doctor's orders and medical certificates, and keeps patient records organized in one place, so you can spend more time with your patients and less time on paperwork.
Can I try MedEC before paying?
Yes. Every new doctor account starts with a free trial of 5 charts. No payment is needed to start.
Who is MedEC designed for?
MedEC is designed by a doctor for doctors, especially those in private outpatient practice. Whether you are just starting out or running a busy clinic, there is a plan sized for your patient load.
What documents can MedEC generate?
Every plan includes e-prescriptions and doctor's orders. MedEC Pro adds medical certificates, EMR, customizable templates and a medical census report. MedEC Max adds BIR Reports Assistance and unlimited charts.
How much does MedEC cost?
MedEC Starter is ₱1,299 a month (up to 70 charts), MedEC Pro is ₱1,799 (up to 150 charts) and MedEC Max is ₱2,999 (unlimited charts). Paying yearly costs ₱12,950, ₱17,990 or ₱29,990, about 17% less.
What if I need more charts than my plan allows?
Unused plan charts carry over every month. On Starter and Pro you can also buy add-on packs: 10 charts for ₱250 or 20 charts for ₱400. Add-on charts never expire. If you regularly need more, the next plan is better value.
How does MedEC save me time?
MedEC removes repetitive handwriting. Your templates pre-fill most of the details; you review and issue. Use the time calculator above to estimate your own savings.
How does MedEC protect my patients' data?
Patient data is used only for care, visible only to the attending doctor and their clinic staff, and protected with encrypted connections and access controls. MedEC processes personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
What is BIR Reports Assistance?
BIR Reports Assistance is exclusive to MedEC Max. It helps you prepare BIR-required documentation so tax time takes less of your attention.
